Founder Freedom Lab is where I work directly with growing founders to apply, test, and refine the methodology behind my approach to operations.
Rather than beginning with a predetermined solution, the Lab begins with the business itself: How does it operate today? Where is it trying to go? What's getting in the way? And what needs to change for the operation to better support that direction?

Founder Freedom Lab is currently working with a limited number of founder-led businesses to apply the SCALE Method in different operating environments.
Through these engagements, the goal is to understand how effectively the methodology helps uncover operational constraints, distinguish symptoms from underlying problems, and determine what businesses actually need next.
The methodology will continue to evolve based on what is learned through application.
